Via the online trading platform FlatTrader, our customers are able to trade a multitude of currencies, contracts for difference (CFDs) and futures. Furthermore, FXFlat offers professionally managed trading strategies (Managed Accounts).

Tasks and responsibilities

You are a competent sales personality with excellent speaking skills. You enjoy working in telephone support and dealing with customers. If, in addition, you are able to become acquainted with new topics in short time and enjoy working independently, we are looking forward to your application.

Our customer service representatives are responsible for:

• Management of customer portfolios: Active contacting of customers in our data base, customer consulting in view of investment opportunities
• Telephone support for users of FlatTrader that use the software to trade online in the international capital markets
• Collaboration in customer seminars and other events as well as direct contribution to a growing customer base

What we expect:
