FlatTrader® system requirements

  • Microsoft Windows 2007, Vista®, XP®, 2000® or newer
  • PC with a CPU of 300 MHz or higher are recommended; 233 MHz are required as a minimum
  • 128 MB RAM or more (64 MB minimum)
  • 1024 x 768 monitor resolution
  • Internet connection, ISDN, DSL or faster

FlatTrader® Installation manual

  1. Safe layouts that you want to maintain as follows:
    File > Layouts > Manage
  2. Select the layout you want to safe from the list (your active layout is the one that opens when you start FlatTrader®)
  3. Select Export and safe the layout on your computer
  4. Uninstall the existing software, go to Start > Control Panel > Software
  5. Open folder My files > Drive (C:) > Programmes
  6. Right-click on 'FlatTrader®' and select Delete
  7. Confirm Deletion, then download and install new file
  8. Import the layout saved as follows:
    File > Layouts > Manage
  9. Go to Import and open the layout that was previously saved with Export
  10. Rename the imported layout
  11. Select the new name from the list and go to Load

How do I change the FlatTrader® currency and language settings?

After downloading FlatTrader®, the language or currency settings can be easily adjusted. Select the menu item File and Configuration, Parameter. The menu allows you to make a lot of changes and adjustments such as selecting and saving the currency and language settings.
